Cyber Security Policy
Purpose and scope
Rad Trans Limited aims to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information used in its transport operations. Employees, contractors and partners with access to our systems or information must handle it responsibly.
Access and devices
We aim to give people access appropriate to their role, remove access when it is no longer needed, use strong authentication and keep business devices and software updated. Users should protect passwords and report lost devices or suspicious activity promptly.
Information and resilience
We seek to protect sensitive information from unauthorised access or disclosure, keep appropriate backups and consider continuity arrangements for critical services. Information should be shared only with authorised people and through suitable channels.
Suppliers and incidents
We consider information security when choosing relevant service providers. Suspected phishing, unauthorised access, data loss or other incidents should be reported promptly so they can be assessed, contained and addressed.
Responsibility and review
Directors oversee this policy and review it periodically as systems, threats and business requirements change. Staff and contractors are expected to follow the controls and instructions relevant to their work.
